Texans face serious public safety threats this year

TEXAS - According to the Department of Public Safety, Texans face serious public safety threats this year. 

Among those are organized crime, natural disasters, cyber attacks, viruses, car accidents and ISIS. 

The department is planning strategies on effective prevention and response to these threats. 

The report says the human trafficking is the fastest growing organized crime. 

Data was collected from different law enforcement and homeland security agencies.
