A 39-year-old Temple man has been arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child after the victim made an outcry at her school.
Temple police say that Justin Walters Cory was booked into the Bell County Jail Saturday following what was described as a thorough investigation.
Police had been called to the victim's middle school April 25 after she made the outcry.
She told officers the assault had occurred a year earlier.
The arrest warrant was obtained after the Bell County District Attorney's office reviewed the case.
